Amelia & Nicole - Singleton Lodge

A lovely wedding next at the Singleton lodge in Singleton.

I met up with both brides, Amelia & Nicole before getting ready and both bridal preparations. A busy morning for both brides, with respective parties. Lots of energy and details for both brides, and special touches, from broaches to special rings it was all set up for an amazing day!

A moment to cherish, as pre wedding ceremony, both brides had a special moment of having a "first look" moment, to share all the emotions before the ceremony.

A few tears shed and anecdotes before the wedding. As the ceremony came around, it was time for both brides to say I do. Amelia, entered after her bridal party, before shortly entering Nicole being walked down, to her wife to be. A beautiful moment as both brides locked eyes and smiled at each other. As the ceremony kicked into full steam ahead, there where readings and vows to be exchanged before eventually the rings. The ceremony was finished and sealed by a kiss from the new Mrs & Mrs Clews-Cortez. A brief moment to sign the documents before heading outside for confetti, and group pictures. A fantastic turn around by the team at singleton, it was time not long later for the wedding breakfast. After being introduced into the room, Nicole & Amelia entered the room to a standing ovation. Speeches started the service, with Father of the bride of Nicole, followed by both maid of honours, Ben & finished by a lovely speech from both brides to conclude the speeches.

With a break in the very unpredictable weather, we managed to get images outside, before the evening, with the lovely backdrop of the lodge, and using the lovely driveway, and a view of the alpacas. As the room was ready, Nicole & Amelia where invited to view the room before opening for the evening. As the evening rolled in, so did the weather. Thunder and torrential downpour set a cosy evening for the rest of the night. Mrs & Mrs Clews-Cortez where both invited in this time for the evening events, starting of the cutting of the wedding cake. This then was shortly finished by a lovely first dance as Mrs & Mrs Clews-Cortez. As the song faded, Nicole's dad joined Nicole on the dance floor for a special moment as they held aloft Liverpool scarfs and sung with the wedding party You'll never walk alone. After a touching moment of father daughter, it was party time, Flat shoes came out, and it was party mode!
